Quick and easy service I had an 8 am appointment on a Saturday and was one of the first cars taken exactly at 8 am. Joseph Patanio was very nice and helpful with explaining I had an 8 am appointment on a Saturday and was one of the first cars taken exactly at 8 am. Joseph Patanio was very nice and helpful with explaining what could and should be done as well as the oil change I had scheduled, and my car was ready in under 30 mins. I felt like the services that were suggested were a little more than a new car really needs and were definitely more expensive than if I used a regular mechanic, but I understand that it's Joseph's job to get me to get them and I paid for them anyway. The dashboard notification keeps coming on telling me to do an oil change ever since I left the service center, which shouldn't happen, but it was a fast and easy experience. More
