Quick and easy service I had an 8 am appointment on a Saturday and was one of the first cars taken exactly at 8 am. Joseph Patanio was very nice and helpful with explaining what could and should be done as well as the oil change I had scheduled, and my car was ready in under 30 mins. I felt like the services that were suggested were a little more than a new car really needs and were definitely more expensive than if I used a regular mechanic, but I understand that it's Joseph's job to get me to get them and I paid for them anyway. The dashboard notification keeps coming on telling me to do an oil change ever since I left the service center, which shouldn't happen, but it was a fast and easy experience. More

Their service was so ***BAD***👎👎👎 i was their for couple of issues but they only solve one.after finish servicing they say it’s done.i was waiting Their service was so ***BAD***👎👎👎 i was their for couple of issues but they only solve one.after finish servicing they say it’s done.i was waiting to pick up my car.after one hour waiting i ask them where is my car they don’t say anything just walking here and there.after two hours of waiting they tell me that they lost my car key 🔑 i had no idea what to do.after 3 hours of waiting they make another key 🔑 for me to drive my car 🚗 for their fault i had to wait 3 hours.their labor charge $130 per hour that i paid.and my 3 hours of waiting labor is $0000.now it is also a security issue for me if someone from that dealership has my key they can steal my car anytime because they have address information.if anytime my car steal I’ll sue this dealership definitely.
