Their staff of are Prompt, Reliable, Attentive, Courteous, & Helpful - always conducting themselves in a professional manner , providing EXCELLENCE in service . No question/concern is ignored - and they are always ready and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate their customers and ensure the vehicle is kept in top running order. My brothers work with MTA and love to borrow my car for long distance or inclement weather without ever a concern that this CRV will meet all driving challenges. i Wish you could clone them but till then - they are MINE! Quick and easy service I had an 8 am appointment on a Saturday and was one of the first cars taken exactly at 8 am. Joseph Patanio was very nice and helpful with explaining I had an 8 am appointment on a Saturday and was one of the first cars taken exactly at 8 am. Joseph Patanio was very nice and helpful with explaining what could and should be done as well as the oil change I had scheduled, and my car was ready in under 30 mins. I felt like the services that were suggested were a little more than a new car really needs and were definitely more expensive than if I used a regular mechanic, but I understand that it's Joseph's job to get me to get them and I paid for them anyway. The dashboard notification keeps coming on telling me to do an oil change ever since I left the service center, which shouldn't happen, but it was a fast and easy experience. More
