The only other person I saw was the finance manager. In two sittings he got my business and I got the close deal and car what I was looking for. More

I ask the man in the parts department nearby. They told me she will be back soon. 10 minutes have past, I ask again the other service advisor and I heard they over page Carmen, the cashier. After 15 minutes of waiting, she came and she verbalized" I do not Know why you have to wait for me, You are not paying anyway", she was talking in a very rude manner with her raising eyebrows. she conveyed her verbal and non verbal communication in very inappropriate way. I know for the fact that I need a stamp for RELEASED on my paper to be presented to the Honda driver who drove my Pilot, who is waiting blocking the narrow street.. I have been a customer since 2003 and I have bought and lease 6 cars from FIT, CRV and Pilot. I like going to your dealer because I know I am getting an excellent customer service. I never had any bad experience with anybody. This is the first time. I do not want to experience this again. You do not need an employee who will destroy you good image. Big slip up but stuck the landing Took my car in for a few safety recalls and had some servicing done at the same time. Drop off and check in were quick and efficient. I scheduled a pick up later in the day so I wouldn't miss much work. When I went to pick up everything was smooth. As I drove away I noticed a noise coming from my tire. As I drove faster it became louder. I circled the block and pulled back into the service center. The rep said most of the techs had gone home and I might have to leave it overnight. This didn't make me happy that they had failed to road test the car and that I'd have to leave it overnight and have to go out of my way again. The rep said he'd see what he could do. Between himself and a tech who hadn't left yet. They were able to locate the part that hadn't been properly screwed in and get it fixed so I could drive home that night. Although disappointed in the oversight, I was happy they were able to rectify the problem on the spot. I would suggest that Hillside Honda keep a tech on hand until all pick ups for see have been completed. More

Waste of time Our car had check engine light on. We first stopped by one close to our neighborhood and they told us that it was an engine error from being in "idle Our car had check engine light on. We first stopped by one close to our neighborhood and they told us that it was an engine error from being in "idle mode" with the code that we should go to Honda service for consultation. We went to this service shop (we bought our car here as well), left our car for the day, and learned that they found no issues at all! Our car was still clearly not running the same way it did before we got our engine light but it was interesting how this shop was not even able to identify what the issues were. I can't speak of their overall services, but with identifying engine issues, I feel they should have done better job. I won't be going back for any future check ups. Thanks. More

Salesman was very pushy. All I wanted was to see my options for a tradein. The rep insisted I buy a 2018 sport accord. I told him I had to go because I was initially there for scheduled servicing and I was checking out tradins to pass the time. However my servicing wasdone and my car was sitting there and mechanic was waiting to give me my keys. He intrusively setup an appointment that I wasn’t willing or can even make, and insisted I come in at a time he proposed. It was a bad experience overall. More

When I call regarding my car that was there for service, put me on hold for a long time and then hungged up on me so I had to keep calling back. Was not happy about that at all, when they answer the phone very unprofessional, they need more training in that customer service department. Overall Joseph was helpful in regards to my car repairs and getting back to me with updates. More
