Service representative said I caused failed rear door Remote engine started would not work. Dropped off car. I have it 3 weeks and 383 miles on odometer. After repair, the representative stated that the failed sensor in the rear door was my fault and he would just cover it. Mechanic wrote that the door was stuck. I don't remember any stuck doors. I tried contacting service supervisor with no success. More

Much longer than promissed I made an appointment for an air bag recall. I was told that it would not take more than an hour and that a lunch break would be enough. I went several times to ask if the car was ready and was told by the representative that it was, he just needed to input the information in the system. 20 minutes later he was busy chatting with his coworkers, so I went to ask again if the car was ready and he picked up my paperwork from the stack of papers and said that he forgot about it. No apology at all, bad attitude. Not going back ever again. More

Quick turn around Went in for AC not working. Hillside Honda checked it and part was not available.. was in and out in less than an hour They had to order the part. Went in for AC not working. Horrible customer service Went for airbag recall with perfectly ok car. But when they returned car to me air conditioner stopped blowing air in the middle vents. And they totally refused to look at what they screwed up while they opened the dash board to work on air bags. According to them it's a coincidence that ac stopped working after they returned vehicle. I didn't even leave the dealership when I noticed ac wasn't working. Yet they just ignored me and everybody went inside totally ignoring me. So y'all broke my car now I have to pay to fix it. And if I find out your mechanic screwed with my ac, I'm going to let corporate know about your screwups and the following treatment u provided me. I have been going to hillside honda for 5 yrs now. But now I realize why they have such horrible rating on Google. Never ever going to hillside honda again. More
