The service was good I took my CR-V on 12/18/19 for an oil change and 2 recalls. The point person confirmed what I was there to do and had me sign the work order. The oil I took my CR-V on 12/18/19 for an oil change and 2 recalls. The point person confirmed what I was there to do and had me sign the work order. The oil change and recalls tor a computer program and cable in the steering wheel was done in 2 hours. It was a quick service with no problems. More

Mike was very helpful, the service was completed within the time I was told, and they did a complementary all points check of tires, fluids and lights which I appreciated. The only thing that could be better is the telephone service in setting up the appointment. On my first attempt I was on hold forever, I finally gave up. On my second later attempt I got through and made the appointment, but then when I showed up for the appointment the attendant didn't have a record of it. They took me anyway, but the telephone service for appointments could be improved. Otherwise the appointment itself was excellent. More
