Overall, my experience at the dealership was pleasant and positive. However, I had to wait a couple of hours to meet with the store manager to confirm my vehicle lease. I am so disappointed because after 10 years of being a faithful Honda customer I have been screwed. I not only have to pay 2 extra months of the contract which means 2 of a car I no longer have and 2 of m faithful Honda customer I have been screwed. I not only have to pay 2 extra months of the contract which means 2 of a car I no longer have and 2 of my new lease but received a bill for having to clean/stain on the seats, never had I received a bill extra for leasing my car. I will definitely not be going back. More

Reception customer service is terrible. You are waiting on hold forever (over 40 minutes) trying calling back on other lines to see which one get a person to transfer you to the service person who asked to on hold forever (over 40 minutes) trying calling back on other lines to see which one get a person to transfer you to the service person who asked to be called back to advise of issue with my truck.
