Very slow service. Went in the morning and was there until close to lease a care (no issues on my end that was holding anything up). On hold forever, never getting any calls back. I was actually hung up on by the receptionist at some point, assumed it was a dropped call, and when I called back she yelled at me for calling again and that’s how I knew it was on purpose! All because I was told multiple weeks in a row my dealer “wasn’t in, got the message, will call you.” Was called in to service for a recall and was completely misled about the scenario. The guys at servicing when I showed up were very nice and fast but whoever I spoke to on the phone flat out lied to me about the recall situation making me believe there was a serious malfunction. I totally understand the liability, and that if something goes wrong it’s on the dealership, but you should be honest with your customers. You won’t keep customers with poor communication and dishonesty. More

Brought my car in at appointment time and was told around 5pm same day that they were backed up and could not get to my vehicle, will be checked following day. What’s the point of an appointment then? Following day I receive a call from Mike stating there was no oil leak, which is good news. Was told to go to driveway to receive vehicle, took them 15 mins to bring my car out. Only reason why I come here is because it’s close to where I live. Good customer service doesn’t exist here, they’re too busy to keep up with demand and as a result poor workmanship, poor waiting times, inefficiency at an all time high. More
