It took several days and several trips to the dealership to get it all worked out, but it was well worth my time. I would recommend anybody that is looking for a new or used van to give them a try. You won't be disappointed. And also the Chrysler Town & Country vans are probably the best in the market right now. The dealership also offered a lifetime powertrain warranty on all certified used vehicles which can't be beat. So if you stop out there ask for Jeff L. and he will gladly take care of you. When the salesman, Jeff Ludwig, approached us, he was extremely kind, helpful, and a wealth of knowledge. In the past, dealing with salesmen has been the worst part of my shopping experience. This was completely not the case this time. He was not pushy or rude, he simply laid out our options and made us an offer we could not refuse. Although I have enjoyed vehicles in the past, I have never felt the desire to recommend dealerships or salesmen before. The key fobs for our car quit working and another dealer was supposed to order them. They never came in and the other dealer said they were on backorder. Hill Kelly was able to get them in 2 days instead of was supposed to order them. They never came in and the other dealer said they were on backorder. It was raining on Thursday morning and I needed to purchase a 1 ton truck to pull my new 5th wheel RV.
