This is a very friendly dealership to deal with. However, when you purchase a vehicle from this dealership be certain to obtain all the paperwork associated with this vehicle at the time of purchase. If you when you purchase a vehicle from this dealership be certain to obtain all the paperwork associated with this vehicle at the time of purchase. If you do not you may be waiting for quite awhile. I had to wait several months to obtain an owners manual and two different warranty contracts. I purchased an extended wrap coverage warranty for $1900. A couple of months later I noticed in my sales packet I had not have a copy of the extended warranty contract other than a purchase price mentioned in the sales agreement. I called the dealership and was sent a scanned copy of a warranty brochure via email and was told that was I all I needed. 4 more months go by when I have to take the car in for repair to be told by the repair service that I need an actual contract with a contract number and not a simple sales brochure. I contaced the warranty service who said it was not their responsibility to provide me with a contract and that they would not send me a copy unless the dealer who sold the car to me went out of business. The warranty service said the dealer should have given me an original contract at the time of purchase which they did not. I called the finance manager at the dealer who pulled my paperwork, scanned it and emailed me a copy. I think I now know why I did not get the original is because we never signed the original. Apparently the dealership did not have the contract at the time of sale but rather filled out the paperwork after selling us the extended warranty and placed it in their files. With all of that being said just be sure to dot your I's and cross your T's at the time of purchase or you will have to deal with the same issues which is totally unnecessary. I also visited the BBB website on the Warrentech extended warranty and learned from there that my complaint of not having any paperwork is the biggest complaint the BBB receives concerning this extended warranty service. We contacted Hill-Kelly about a vehicle we saw on the internet. The sales manager put me in contact with Richard Hartline. Richard answered all my questions and was able to get me an "out-the-door" sal internet. The sales manager put me in contact with Richard Hartline. I went to this dealership to just look at vans and respond to an ad that was mailed to me. I ended up buying an extremely nice used Chrysler Town & Country and had an amazing experience. My salesman, Jeff L., bent over backwards for me to get me in the vehicle I wanted and got me the monthly payment I needed. It took several days and several trips to the dealership to get it all worked out, but it was well worth my time. I would recommend anybody that is looking for a new or used van to give them a try. You won't be disappointed. And also the Chrysler Town & Country vans are probably the best in the market right now. The dealership also offered a lifetime powertrain warranty on all certified used vehicles which can't be beat. So if you stop out there ask for Jeff L. and he will gladly take care of you. He will work extra hard to take care of your needs as he is still doing that for me. Good luck in your search. More
This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Although, I had a general idea about what I wanted, I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle when I walk through the doors. I was only out to look at cars to see if they matched what i desired. I found a car I liked, a 2011 Dodge journey. When the salesman, Jeff Ludwig, approached us, he was extremely kind, helpful, and a wealth of knowledge. In the past, dealing with salesmen has been the worst part of my shopping experience. This was completely not the case this time. He was not pushy or rude, he simply laid out our options and made us an offer we could not refuse. Although I have enjoyed vehicles in the past, I have never felt the desire to recommend dealerships or salesmen before. However, in this case I would recommend both hill kelly dodge and Mr. Ludwig to any of my friends and acquaintances shopping for a new vehicle. More
