We had a very pleasurable experience with Hill-Kelly Chrysler. Usually I don't like going to dealerships because, I feel like it's all about what they can get over on the buyer. We came in with the Chrysler 300 in mind because we already owned one and wanted a newer model. Mr Casey Chambers was very helpful during both our car shopping and purchasing processing. He was very knowledgeable of the features on the new 300 and very friendly to work with. Mr Jeff Thompson also made our experience enjoyable. He to was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Our concern was fair and reasonable pricing and our trade in value being what was deserved. He was very fair with the figures and no bargining or haggling back and forth was not required. Without a doubt ,the best car buying experience we have had. We met Sandy at the dealership a couple of weeks ago while browsing for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. In short order these three profesionals were able to put together a deal we could not refuse. Ellen patiently explained the benefits of the extended warranty, completed all of the paperwork, and had us sign our contract. Could not have been happier with this experience.
