Jeff Thompson was able to help me negotiate the service fee for my trade-in, since my warranty coverage was for about 10% of the total bill. I would have liked more for my trade-in, but I think in the end we made a good decision. The price was competitive with all my research, plus we have the benefit of the great service department. We attended the "Right from the Start" car care clinic and were impressed with Bill McGinnis' willingness to work special incentives to get our business including the nitrogen fill program for our tires if we purchase tires at the dealership.
