I will start by stating that I am a demanding consumer who expects good service and am not shy about criticizing a business if I do not receive it. I have purchased vehicles from Richard Manning in the p who expects good service and am not shy about criticizing a business if I do not receive it. I have purchased vehicles from Richard Manning in the past but not since he has been with Hill Kelly. Richard honestly cares about his customers and proved this again with the work he put in on this sale. The vehicle I purchased was a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in Sahara Tan which is a popular color that has been discontinued. Richard nor Mr. Tony Gilbert who is his manager had to work with me on this sale as it is the last Rubicon in this color in the south. Simply put, the Jeep would have sold without making any type of concessions. Concessions were made however to make the sale and make me as a customer feel as if the dealership really cares about their customer base. All involved did what they could to assist me in the purchase. I have had other vehicles serviced at Hill Kelly and Mike Paschal has always been extremely professional in getting my service needs filled. Mike took care of the tire/rim swap from my old Jeep to my new one after purchase and took the time to remind me about the TPMS sensors which I had not thought about and gave me an overview of the new drivetrain when I asked him about it. From start to finish, Sales to Service, I felt that the dealership was interested in keeping me as a customer happy. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Hill Kelly for both vehicle purchase or servie needs. More

After my new car got rear-ended twice, I took it to Dean to be repaired both times. i could not have asked for more when it came to quality of work. My new Dodge Avenger looks like new, even after the sec to be repaired both times. i could not have asked for more when it came to quality of work. My new Dodge Avenger looks like new, even after the second rear-end repair that required an extensive overhaul. More importantly, it drives just like it did before the accidents! Gilbert was the mechanic and he is amazing. His work is flawless! And Dean took care of everything as far as dealing with the insurance company, I never had to worry about any of that or even talk to them. My salesman Richard Hartline was courteous, friendly and sincere in his assistance to help me find the right truck. His Used Sales Manager, David Milne, was fantastic at getting the numbers on the sale of my truck right where I needed them for my monthly budget. In what I thought was going to be the "usual car deal", Hill Kelly Dodge really surpassed my expectations in how quick & conveinent it was to complete my truck purchase, especially after the many years it has been since I've had to make a purchase. Richard has even referred me to one of the dealerships "repair service writers", Ryan Foster, and gave me his business number in order for me to begin my trucks service relationship for future needs. In my 25 year career in Banking CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING and has to be more than just "lip service." I'm glad to see that at Hill Kelly Dodge you can expect more than just the usual car deal!
