Julie was very professional and knowledgable of the dodge caravan that we interested in. She showed and demonstrated all of the latest new features on the 2012 caravan which were much more advanced than our caravan that we interested in. I would just like to start by saying Mr. Hartline is a very respectful sales man. My 2010 Chrysler Town & Country Limited was leaking fluid. It appeared that there might be need for a major repair and I asked John to check on my extended lifetime care plus service contract and to fluid. Thanks to John's help we got the contract reinstated immediately. The end of the story is that the leak was caused by a faulty oil filter and the repair was made with no charge. I went to the dealership with no appointment and was serviced immediately in a positive, friendly way. This is my second dealing with John Chambers, who is a low key, real pro at what he does. I am pleased with the dealership especially because they did not sell me the vehicle, I bought it in another state. I recommend Hill-Kelly service department and especially, John.
