Have always used them and have purchased many vehicles from them. Service has always been great. Took my Ram 3500 in for oil and fuel filter changes. When got in truck to leave brake pedal was hard, always been a little soft at first when putting on the brakes. It was stiff! Got half way home and truck started pulling real hard to the passenger side. Pulled over and smoke was coming from the passenger side tire. Called Hill Kelly and told them what had happened and I was going to try to make it back. I let the truck sit for about 20 minutes to cool. I then let the truck roll forward giving it a few quick pushes on the brake, it seamed to help. Pedal began to feel normal then. I returned to Hill Kelly dodge. After a short wait, I was called to the back to talk to the mechanic. He used a flashlight and showed me discolor on the passenger front brake rotor. I told him I know that the caliper was the problem. I asked what inspections of the brakes was done because I have never had a problem with the brakes on the truck. It has never been in mud or driven hard. I purchased the truck new to pull my camper. It is not a every day driver and has low miles for a 2018. He said they would recommend replacing both rotors, both calipers, both side brake line and fluid change. I feel that something was done to the truck during the inspection because I have never had any problems with the brakes and now above 55 miles an hour the front of the truck shakes. I can not afford the cost to replace the entire front brake system. I was not happy with this visit because something happened to the brakes on the front of my truck during the inspection and now I am having problems. More

7/8/2022 Arranged purchase for new Pacifica. Obtained cashiers check. 7/9/2022 Started to drive to Pensacola from Northport, Al. Called by salesman an hour and 1/2 into trip. Apparently the dealership had not inspected the new Vehicle prior to advertise it for sale. As a result we had rented a car so we would not have to drive two cars back to Northport. Al. We also booked a hotel room for the evening and could not cancel. On 7/l11/2022, I texted the dealership requesting that the general manager call me. I reported in the text thar I had spend around 300 to drive to Pensacola and stay overnight. And that I would like the general manager to call me. I was told that they would have him call. 7/12/2022 6:40 PM still no response. More
Was coming into Pensacola for the July 4th weekend and experienced trouble with my Wrangler. Pulled into Hill Kelly and they quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to repair it on Saturday July 2nd s experienced trouble with my Wrangler. Repair seems good so far, will let you know if I continue to have problems. While vehicle at Dealership the mirror fell. Worst customer service department ever, returned my mothers jeep with 3 holes in the bumper and held up with zip ties, didn’t have holes or zip ties before going in. Service adviser Janet yelled and argued with my mother over the phone, went up there with her on Monday to talk to service manager and he argued saying that is the only way they could keep the bumper up, bull crap, you don’t drill holes in someone’s vehicle and zip tie it unless you talk to the owner and explain the options and the OWNER SAYS OK which my mother NEVER DID! More
