So I started looking for Jeep Wrangler about a month ago. I was wanting a New or Used two door Rubicon, but that was very hard to find in my price range. So one day I went to Alabama to look at a used one an I was wanting a New or Used two door Rubicon, but that was very hard to find in my price range. So one day I went to Alabama to look at a used one and on my way back I stopped at Hill Kelly. I had Ashton De Los Santos as my salesman. He did not have a rubicon but had a Sahara 2012 and a used 4 door Rubicon. Also we looked at getting one from down south. Though we could not get any of these to my liking in price until I got a phone yesterday. Ashton called and said he had the deal of my dreams. I respect that he remebered what I was looking for and gave me a call when it arrived. Even with it being a hard vehicle yo find with what I wanted Ashton and his manager Tony Gilbert came through big. And made it entertaining. They gave me the best DEAL and I mean DEAL in a 300 miles radius. People always told me Pensacola was the place to buy a vehicle and they were right. Thank You Ashton and Tony. More

I went, on a rainy Saturday, to Hell Kelly to trade in my 96 Dakota on a newer Ram truck. There were two Rams in stock that might fill my needs. I chose one of the trucks, an 08 Ram SLT. Due to the weather a 96 Dakota on a newer Ram truck. There were two Rams in stock that might fill my needs. I chose one of the trucks, an 08 Ram SLT. Due to the weather and just poor decision making on my part, I didn't take either truck for a test drive or take it home overnight although the sales consultant, Richard Hartline, recommended it. On Sunday I decided to buy the SLT, completing the deal except for a certified check I was to bring around the next day. When I got the truck home, I knew it was bigger than what I needed and was unhappy with my purchase. Arriving at the dealership I asked Mr Hartline if the deal could be switched to the other truck, an 06 ST that is shorter and lower to the ground. He said he would try, and it was okayed by the finance manager, Mr. Hill, but the only way to do it was to go through with the SLT deal, then trade it in on the ST. I was surprised the dealship would do this for me. Ellen Holmes, the business manager, got busy on the paper work, and the deal was completed in a short while. Everone involved in this transaction was helpful, cordial, and completely professional throughout this process. Ms Holmes, Mr. Hartline, and Mr. Hill are to be congratulated on going the extra mile to insure the customer was happy and in the best vehicle for his needs. I am very grateful for the extra effort and will continue to deal with this fine dealship. More

Paul asked us what we were looking for, showed us the differeces in cars and prices. took us in his office and congradulated us on buying a car and truck before he even finished the paper work. I am one thathas learned don't believe it til you see it. We were the last ones there but we drove off with a new dodge truck and a new dodge advenger. They even transfered everything from our old truck to the new truck while we were doing paperwork with Ellen Holmes. To sell two vehicles at one time is impressive. More
