We purchased a new vehicle in October 2011. Due to the manufacture inadvertantly leaving out the insulation for the sunroof cover it rattled. He reported the problem to Mr.Tony Gilbert who immediately contacted us and had us come to the dealership. He went to bat for us with the manufacture and got us out of that vehicle and into a new one without ANY hassles or aggravation and no loss of finances on our part. He was very respectful, concerned and caring. He had Mr. Brian Merritt show us the vehicles on the lot.He was very informed and spoke with us and found out exactly what we wanted and we loved the very first vehicle he showed us. He was very patient and resectful. We never felt rushed, pushed, or pressured. Mrs. Holmes did the paperwork for ua and she was also a gem. She is very knowledgeable and the process was a breeze. We have been buying vehicles for over 40 years, have shopped and bought at most of the major dealerships in Pensacola, Crestview, and Fort Walton and we have never been treated as courteously, respectfully and honestly as we were at this dealership. I began my search for a quality used car on the internet and found several that were interesting but this one stood out f outstanding from the start. First, they had what appeared to be the best car for the price of all that I had researched so I called them and set up an appointment for today, June 12, 2012. The response I received from their Internet Manager, Susan Bullock, was warm, cordial and professional. When I arrived at the dealership she was waiting for me and promptly introduced me to one of the finest sales consultants that I have ever had the priviledge to work with, Garner Lynch. He had the car clean and ready for me to view. It looked like the perfect car for me and he was able to offer the best deal possible. When I spoke to my own finance company, they informed me that it was indeed a good buy so we proceeded with everything necessary to complete the process. He is extremely professional, knowledgable and very helpful. I was treated to a very thorough explanation of all information that made the process even better. The paperwork was completed and reviewed by Ellen Holmes and the deal was done! The Jeep was priced to sell, which made for a hard bargain, but we settled for a price that made us happy. Ellen Holmes did the financing portion of the sale. So, previously (in 2011) I purchased a new Chrysler Town and Country from this same dealership. Fast forward to May 2012, I get a call from Ashton saying the dealership is looking for used vans and they'd and Country from this same dealership. Fast forward to May 2012, I get a call from Ashton saying the dealership is looking for used vans and they'd be willing to work with me on trading in my van for a newer model. I was not even thinking of buying a new van at the time as my wife and I were very happy with the one we had. However, the van we had at the time, did not have every bell and whistle that was available. So my wife and I decided it couldn't hurt to go to Hill Kelly and take a look. Ashton was very friendly and accomodating while we were there at the dealership. We ended up picking out a Touring-L edition of the Town and Country with all the extras we could want, short of a sun roof and chrome wheels. Throughout the process Ashton was great. He even joked around a little bit with our 3 year old who was getting tired of being at the dealership. Lastly, after the deal was done, Ashton followed us in our new van to my home in Fort Walton (40 minute drive out of his way) to pick up a deposit check from us. He didn't have to do that but he did and he did it without complaint. I would highly recommend him to future buyers and will ask for him when I'm ready for my Jeep. More

I had been shopping Online for a Wrangler, working with a dealership in GA. After several weeks of going back and forth with that Dealer (with an ever changing price), I contacted Hill-Kelly. I spoke with Heather and Susan initially, and Their professionalism and honesty impressed me beyond words. Here I had been dealing with someone at the GA dealership that couldn't answer 1 question with out checking with management nor would they give me a solid price. With in minutes, I had a price on a unit identical to the GA unit. I made arrangements to come to the dealership to drive the Jeep. Not only was I greeted by Heather and Susan, but also Tony. I was then introduced to Matt. He did a great job of going over all the new features of the 2012 that differed from my 2004. After driving the 2-door, I decided that I prefered the Unlimited. Unfortuantely, there wasn't an Unlimited Rubicon on the Lot or available for dealer trade equipped like I wanted. So Tony worked with me to order my Perfect Unlimited Rubicon. I just got the email that it is shipping and can't wait for it to get here. I've bought 30+ cars over the years and this TEAM is one of the best that I have ever dealt with. A 5 Star rating is well justified and earned by these folks! More
