Hill-Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I was given a sales quote via email. I showed up saturday morning to purchase a new 2012 Ram truck and was told I would be receiving $1000.00 less for my 2012 Suzuki trade in and asked if I still wanted the morning to purchase a new 2012 Ram truck and was told I would be receiving $1000.00 less for my 2012 Suzuki trade in and asked if I still wanted the new Ram truck. I said I did any way and the Susan pawned me off to another sales person to hand me the paperwork to sign. The finance person was great. He was very professional. I was then given the keys and walked to my new truck and greeted farewell. No explanations regarding the features of the truck just a quick good by. When I was halfway home I noticed the gas gauge was below empty. I pulled over immediately and filled up. I called the dealership about the gas and was told they forgot and would make it up to me. I never received a thank you followup email or phone call thanking me for purchasing the truck. I have however received 2 letters saying to be sure and give excellent scores on the customer survey.............Go figure. More

This dealership sold me a Jeep liberty that had been wrecked and had damage left from the wreck and had a recalled sky glider roof. After telling them this the manager refused to fix it and said they h wrecked and had damage left from the wreck and had a recalled sky glider roof. After telling them this the manager refused to fix it and said they had no way of knowing what happened to the vehicle before they got it. We went here because its supposed to be certified pre owned but if they have no way of knowing what happened this is a false claim. This is my third Jeep and my only bad experience with a Jeep dealership . I do not recommend this dealership or a 2008 Jeep liberty! More
