This is for all the potential buyers out there shopping for a car. Most of us today hate the whole process of buying a car especially if you have to finance one, but let me just tell you what kind of exper for a car. Most of us today hate the whole process of buying a car especially if you have to finance one, but let me just tell you what kind of experience I had at Hill Kelly Dodge in Pensacola. First let me say that due to my financial situation I didn't even think I could buy a car. My credit was not very good at all, and neither was my wife's. I first tried going to the bank I've had an account with since I was 18 (I'm now 34) to see if they could help me buy a car. My bank took all of five minutes to turn me away. They were no help at all, so I decided to keep looking. Most of the shopping I did was online, and one of the great things about Hill Kelly Dodge is the detailed info on there web site about all there new, and used cars. You can view detailed photos, and get vehicle history reports so you know everything about the car before you even go to the dealership. We found a car we liked using there site, and shortly after I made a phone call. Right from the start we talked to a very friendly lady named Gillian Kruse. I told her my situation and a few minutes later she said to come on in they can help me out. Everyone I talked to at Hill Kelly Dodge treated me with respect, valued my business, and were very helpful.They didn't turn me away like my bank did just because I had bad credit. I went over to the dealership, and met Ernie. Right away he started helping us out. The car I first looked at was over my price range, and I knew it was a long shot, but Ernie tried anyway to give us what we wanted. As you can guess my finances didn't allow me to get this car, so Ernie took the time to find many other cars we would be qualified for instead of sending us out the door. My wife and I found another car we absolutely loved. My credit made it hard for me to get approved once again so Ernie brought Chuck in to help me out. Together the two of them worked, bending over backwards to get me this car. My situation threw at them many obstacles, but Because of the level of personal attention / determination that Ernie, and Chuck gave me I drove away with the car I wanted. Those guys were determined to give me the best car shopping experience possible. The customer service was outstanding!!! I highly recommend Hill Kelly Dodge to anyone, and make sure you talk to Ernie or Chuck. More
The team really took care of my needs and weren't pushy. Danny especially was great! He made sure I knew I had received a good deal. Lonnie was friendly and chatty even though I wasnt his customer while I waited for finance to take care of me. The dealership atmosphere wasn't a dealer atmosphere, if that makes sense. Bottom line matters though and they gave me a good deal there. More
I was looking for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and had been working with 3 other dealerships prior to contacting Hill Kelly Dodge. I also asked for one solid fair price because I did not want to haggle over price, I just wanted the best price up front. ONLY ONE Dealership honored my wishes. Hill Kelly Dodge! I've purchased 4 vehicles in the past and each purchase was a hassle and frustration for me. This was the first GOOD experience I've ever had at ANY dealership in the Pensacola, Crestview, and Ft. Walton Beach areas. -Mr. James Smith was my first point of contact. He works in the Internet department and did not waste any time providing me with exactly what I asked for. He listened and respected my wishes. I received a good fair price the very first time. There was no haggling and NO pressure. When I arrived at the dealership.... LATE. I might add, EVERYONE was extremely nice to me and did not make me feel uncomfortable whatsoever. Even though I was late and they were closing, they stayed late to help me and did it with a smile, which shocked me. And, by the way, their smiles were not fake either. They genuinely gave me the impression they were perfectly fine staying to help me. James Smith had already given all of my info and expectations over to the salesman, Rodney Colvin, by the time I arrived at Hill Kelly. Rodney Colvin was instrumental in showing me the vehicle and teaching me things I needed to know about my new vehicle. He said I could call him anytime if I had any questions. Once it was time to pay for my vehicle, Rodney introduced me to Chuck Moran in Finance. I was thinking to myself.... "Here we go.... this is where they'll try to sell it for a higher price than what was quoted.", However, to my surprise, the bottom line was LOWER than what I was quoted. I honestly couldn't be more happy with this vehicle purchase and WILL be buying all other vehicles from Hill Kelly in the future. When you go to Hill Kelly to purchase your new vehicle, IF you feel that you are getting anything less than great service, I would encourage you to find the Manager, Daniel Lang, to let him know your expectations are not being met. I give you my word.... he really cares and WILL address your concerns and do what he can to resolve any issues. I would also recommend James Smith, Rodney Colvin, and Chuck Moran for the process as a whole. I am extremely pleased with my vehicle AND the purchase over all. In closing I'd just like to say.... Hill Kelly cares about EVERY purchase, EVERY Sale, EVERY customer...and doesn't just want your business ONE time.... but rather, they want to earn your trust and business for all future purchases too. They are definitely a cut above in the Dealership market. More

The actual negotiations took a little longer than expected for wanting to buy a new vehicle but ultimately we were pleased with the numbers and definitely happy with our new Jeep.
