I am new to the updated technology that are now available and was nervous. Ashley was so patient with me and explained the features of my car and how to use these features in a way that made sense to me. She was so attentive to every little detail and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I WILL recommend Hill Kelly Dodge to my friends and family. And I WILL also tell them to be sure and ask for Ashley. More

Never bought a new car before and was leery of the whole negotiating process. Richard Hartline was patient and answered all my questions without pressuring me to make a quick decision. Richard went above and beyond by going over several options with me. In the end Richard ensured that I got the car I really wanted for a price I was happy with! More
LIED ABOUT USAA PRICING / LOW BALLED ON TRADE VALUE While test driving the Jeep Wrangler Mike mentioned that USAA pricing meant that we would pay invoice plus $299. I was thinking that was a little hig While test driving the Jeep Wrangler Mike mentioned that USAA pricing meant that we would pay invoice plus $299. I was thinking that was a little high after my research I had done online. I found according to my research the price should be lower than that so I was surprised that the USAA pricing was higher than the average paid for similar vehicles sold in the Pensacola area. The next day we sat down to negotiate the price and Mike said "USAA pricing on Jeeps is a little higher, it's going to be $499 over invoice." Mike said their hands were tied because they are REQUIRED to sell their USAA priced Jeeps for the $499 over invoice. I said I could negotiate a better deal without "USAA Pricing" and he agreed. Then we talked about my trade value which was coming up 15% lower than KBB trade value and 20% below Black Book Weekly trade value. I mentioned this and of course there was some excuse about how KBB and BBW aren't accurate. I then mentioned I don't care how much I get for the trade, I'm just concerned about the "out the door" price. He came back with an extremely high "out the door" price so I then mentioned I had some additional discounts including a $500 cash allowance I got in the mail and being active duty military I qualified for another $500 cash allowance. Now, this part is opinion, but it seemed when he started doing the math using these newly mentioned incentives he didn't like the low number that was about to come up. He stopped abruptly and simply said, "well, we're thousands off on your trade value......" I made my final offer which, according to my research, I know was a workable deal. My offer was not accepted so we left. Now, about my accusation that I was lied to about USAA pricing.... Mike said they must sell their Jeeps for $499 with USAA pricing..... After we left we went to another dealer (won't mention the name but will do a separate positive review). This dealer says "USAA pricing is invoice plus $100." I look at the wife and we both shake our heads realizing Mike at Hill-Kelley in Pensacola had lied to us. Here comes the fun part.... this dealer then gives us the $500 cash allowance for our coupon, AND $500 for military cash allowance. That made the price $900 under invoice.... the deal was sealed when they gave us $3,000 more for our trade than Hill-Kelley was offering. Within 3 hours of being lied to at Hill-Kelley we were driving a new jeep from a dealer 20 miles away with smiles on our faces. More
The quote on the vehicle was solid, the promptness and professionalism of every person was great, Susan Bullock did a great job of talking and e-mailing me on Saturday afternoon/evening as we were working professionalism of every person was great, Susan Bullock did a great job of talking and e-mailing me on Saturday afternoon/evening as we were working out details, Chuck Moran was quick and efficient in dealing with the financing, and Sarah Shiveley did a great job walking me through the buying process. All dealt fairly and honestly with me. What they told me over the phone was confirmed in e-mails, and they followed through on their word throughout the purchase. I live in Hattiesburg, MS, which is around 150 miles from Pensacola, but the price of the car and the professionalism of the staff made it easily worth the effort to get to Pensacola. More
This was our second vehicle purchase from Hill-Kelly in the last 3 years. Once again, we were pleased with the sales department and the professionals who were assisting us in our pursuit. The only issue the last 3 years. Once again, we were pleased with the sales department and the professionals who were assisting us in our pursuit. The only issue we had was a miscommunication between 4 of us, myself, Rashod, Lonnie, and Rusty. 3 of us understood that I anticipated that the dealership, would be providing me with a set of running boards (side steps) and I would do the installation, so as to save the dealership the cost of labor, with a final purchase price of ~$32,500. After we had all shaken hands and Lonnie was presenting me the paper work, it was discovered that the purchase price was closer to ~$32,900. This was different than we had anticipated, so we discussed it with Rashod and Rusty. Rashod stated that he wouldn't be able to accommodate the price as I understood it to be. Rusty and Lonnie both agreed that they understood it to be the way I understood the deal presented. As it was nearing 8:30 at night and all were ready to go home, I agreed to purchase it at the "new" price based on the fact that the dealership would perform the installation. Honestly this is a bigger hassle for me, as we live about an hour away from the dealership. With that said, as the dealership utilizes video recording during the financial review and final purchase phase, for my next purchase I may be inclined to utilize a recording device during the negotiation phase, as a means for replay, so that this type of miscommunication, doesn't cost me a $500.00 change in the negotiated price. With all of this stated, for the most part the purchase of our new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was a pleasant experience. More
I went in to this dealership knowing what vehicle I was interested in but did mention the used vehicle that was emailed to me as well. This was not the vehicle I wanted or planned to purchase; but I found interested in but did mention the used vehicle that was emailed to me as well. This was not the vehicle I wanted or planned to purchase; but I found myself being pressured into buying the used vehicle since they'd have had to look for the new vehicle in another area. I was never asked if this was the car I wanted just had paperwork started. I admit I felt intimidated and overwhelmed. More

Rick Rice even made the financial part of our day pleasant. Rusty Hill said "buying a car should be easy and fun" and our experience with Hill-Kelly was exacting that. No sales pressure at all and that's a plus. In almost fifty years of buying cars this has been our "best" yet. More
My 1st contact was with Sandra in the internet sales department. She responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes and had Sherry calling me within 15 minutes. We set up an appointment for Sunday, YES they are open on Sunday! I ended up having time on Saturday afternoon and called Sherry to let her know I was coming early. When I arrived on the lot I was greeted by a gentleman whose name I did not get but he had no problem getting me in contact with Sandra. She introduced me to Ashley and we hit it off immediately. She is so sweet and has the best personality. She got the vehicle I was interested in and we took it for a spin. It was perfect! She spent time going over all the features of the van and answering all my questions. When it came time to play the old negotiation game.... We didn't have too!! The price was beyond fair and the amount for my trade was what I was hoping to get( and I never discussed amounts with her before hand). I meet with Rick and Chuck and finalized paperwork. Which was a very easy and painless process. The van had not been through detailing yet so I had to come back and pick it up another day. While I was waiting I had some concerns and called the dealership and left a message for Ashley. She called me right back( even on her day off!) and assured me that what I thought were issues was nothing to worry about! When I picked the van up, it was sparkling clean and smelled like a new vehicle. Ashley again went over all the features of the van and made sure everything was perfect before we left! The vehicle is a vehicle but the customer service at Hill Kelly Dodge is beyond all expectations! Even while waiting to do paperwork or a trip to the bathroom EVERY employee that pasted me spoke to me, said hello and made sure I was being helped or even that I was having a good day! Now that is customer service and what a way to work as a team. The facility was nice and clean and they had nice areas to wait in with free water and snacks. I am very very happy with my van purchase. It was the vehicle I was looking for. I just wasn't expecting such a great sales team to take care of me! I was blown away. Hill Kelly Dodge and Ms. Ashley have all my future business. More
