Mike walked me around and was excellent showing me all of the Jeep Grand Cherokee's system information before I left. I wasn't pressured at all, and it's great when the staff treats you like you've been a customer for ages. This was my first buy with Hill Kelly, and I would definitely buy another car from them. Thank you for a stress free experience. I love my new vehicle. More
Great car buying experience at Hill-Kelley Chrysler Well, it was time to buy a new car - so gear up for the usual mostly unpleasant experience at the car dealership, right? Wrong. The experience at Hil Well, it was time to buy a new car - so gear up for the usual mostly unpleasant experience at the car dealership, right? Wrong. The experience at Hill-Kelley could not have gone better. That's not to say that I didn't have to do the usual negotiating and so forth. You need to come armed with pricing info to any dealership - and even with that you will still never know if you got such a good deal that they're posting your picture on the wall in the sales break-room. However, if your goal is a fair and reasonable deal, this professional sales executive can say that Hill-Kelley ranks very high up on the reasonable and fairness scale. Richard Hartline was our Sales Consultant. Great guy, straight shooter, no pressure, asks good probing questions, politely persistent. Let me leave the dealership to consult with my wife without pressing the usual "let me write up an offer, if you walk out the deal is off" nonsense. So I surprised him by coming back later the same day and bought a car from him. Rick Rice is the F&I Manager - we worked with him for the financing. Very knowledgeable guy, not his first rodeo as they say. I felt I could trust him. He really worked the financing angle, came back to us with a new lender with a lower rate part way through the process. And the new lender just sent us a letter telling us they had come up with an even lower rate than we originally signed for and were passing it on to us. Nice clean dealership, usual amenities like coffee, sodas etc. in the customer waiting room. We were introduced to a service writer, he smiled a lot and seemed pleasant. Everyone at the dealership smiles. Good smiling - not weird. At one point, I probably read every book there is on how to beat the car salesman at his own game. Did I get the world's best deal here? Probably not. But I do feel I got a very good deal. And they really had to work at getting us our car. Apparently the combo of black leather and white or silver exterior with a sunroof in a Town & Country Limited van is an unusual combo for Florida and the Southeast generally. Something about dark leather not reflecting the light waves and being hotter to sit on. Anyway, they even got Russ Kelley involved calling around to dealerships and calling in favors to find us the car we wanted. At one point - I figured if I wanted to, I could go direct to one of the other dealerships to get the car - maybe a little cheaper. But I didn't want to. Didn't think it would be fair to Richard and Rick and Russ.Now that's an unusual response from a guy who sees himself as a sharp businessman. But think about it, when you find a fair and honest business to work with - why wouldn't you want to be fair back? I don't want to jinx things and find out in another 200 miles I bought a lemon - so I better close this review now! More

Sarah Shiveley was very helpful and spent a great deal of time with me and my family walking us through the different models and features in order to select the truck that best fit my family’s needs. When it was all said and done, after negotiating a very fair drive away price with Sarah Shiveley and Rashad Turner, we received a great deal on a great vehicle. My wife and I were happy enough that we’re considering purchasing another vehicle from Hill Kelley in the near future. More

We looked at a couple Vans, then he took us to another area to see more, and low and behold, there it was..... this one was it!! We are so grateful that we did not get pushed into something that we weren't ready for, and we knew this was the time to do it. I clicked on Hill-Kelly's website and right away was asked what I was looking for. I told the salesman James what I was looking for and the next day I drove my new Ram 1500 Express off the lot. Keep in mind, this was the first new vehicle I ever bought mainly because of my own misperceptions of the purchasing process. The staff at Hill-Kelly in Pensacola, FL changed all that and more. James S. and John Q. were excellent to work with and they made the whole purchasing experience worthwhile. I say worthwhile because we drove over 4 hours to get there and turned right around and drove the new Ram home afterwards, so it was a very long day but worth it. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle, whether new or not, they go to Hill-Kelly in Pensacola, FL to make their purchase. More

Great Memorial Day Experience For starters, the sales consultant that we spoke to was Ashley Conlin and she was both friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by Ms. Conlin. Any questions I had regarding the 2010 Honda Fit, she was happy to answer. She showed us all the features of the Honda Fit, and made us feel very comfortable while we waited to have the papers drawn-up. The process of purchasing the Honda Fit took about four hours to complete but, because of Ashley's frequent visiting and keeping us informed along the way, it did not seem to take that long. The Hill-Kelly building was kept clean, and the waiting area had plenty of snacks and refreshments, which were offered to us for free while we waited. I will recommend Hill-Kelly to friends looking to buy a car in the future, and I will definitely refer Ashley to them. We were highly pleased with our experience, and will be returning to the dealership to keep up with our vehicle maintenance/oil changes. More
