Taken advantage of When I moved to Pensacola, I started bringing my car to Hill-Kelly to service my older Jeep. My plan was to build a repor with the dealer I would purc When I moved to Pensacola, I started bringing my car to Hill-Kelly to service my older Jeep. My plan was to build a repor with the dealer I would purchase my next car from. That is as good as it will get. A few weeks ago, I dropped my Jeep of for a series of repairs. $2K and 8 days later, I thought I would be covered for a while. I soon found the brakes they "fixed" we're not. Upon bringing the Jeep back, to let them look at why the brakes don't work they try and charge me $1K more! The repairs they made the first time were poorly done, plus there were several additional issues they "missed" the first time. So instead of admitting the faulty work, they tried to charge me to pay for it twice! I hope the owners are simply unaware of the shifty and dishonest people they have in their service department. I can't imagine they would knowingly condone this shady practice. Needless to say, I will not be supporting Hill-Kelly with my business for service or my next car. I hope anyone considering them will think twice and go elsewhere. More

NO STRESS,NO PRESSURE FAST EASY DEAL!! Ashley was awesome!!!! I was looking at 2 different trucks Saturday and she didn't start with this "what do I have to do to get you in this today" non Ashley was awesome!!!! I was looking at 2 different trucks Saturday and she didn't start with this "what do I have to do to get you in this today" nonsense. She printed me out the info on the truck and offered to help anyway she could and that was it, no following me around and trying to make small talk or be annoying. I normally don't like car dealers due to past exp. but this was NOT your normal dealer. Very up front, VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, no surprises and from the time we walked in to the time we drove out was very quick with no hassles. My wife even commented how fast the service was. No high pressure from the finance dept either, all the options were well explained and Chuck is obviously one of the best, FINANCING BETTER THAN MY CREDIT UNION!!!! Non existent customer service I made a second attempt to purchase a vehicle through this dealership today. My first attempt ended with the salesman informing me that he "appreciat I made a second attempt to purchase a vehicle through this dealership today. My first attempt ended with the salesman informing me that he "appreciated my service for our country but that USAA pricing affected his take home pay." Even with that comment I made a second trip to the dealership to verify that they had a vehicle within the specs that we were looking for after the vehicle that we were trying to buy was sold without even a phone call. Second trip was a complete was of time. After filing a complaint with USAA about the salesman's comment about my military service I was asked to go back and deal with the general sales manager directly and he would take care of my business. My second attempt today was yet another complete waste of my time with a sales manager who couldn't be bothered to even discuss my previous concern and informed me that TrueCar and USAA didn't have any issues with their dealership. Their issues are with me and their complete lack of customer service or respect for 'MY SERVICE FOR OUR COUNTRY." More
