Worst service department I have ever seen, they have had my grandson's car for almost 3 months and still have not got it running. Keeps giving him the run around about what is wrong with and why they can't my grandson's car for almost 3 months and still have not got it running. Prince and the team at Hill Kelly Ram are the pinnacle of good business. Throughout the whole process the staff was very friendly and helpful. Prince kept me updated almost daily with what was going on with good business. Throughout the whole process the staff was very friendly and helpful. Prince kept me updated almost daily with what was going on with the truck I had recently purchased. The sale was exceptional with price point and trade in value for my vehicle. An unfortunate event happened a few days after the purchase that their team could not have predicted, and the check engine light came on. Without hesitation Prince, the Used Car manager and service team took the truck back in for service and made all repairs necessary for me to have a reliable truck once again, because they knew that was the proper thing to do. They made it right. They truly care about their customers and will stand behind the vehicles they sell to ensure you’re walking away feeling valued and that your money is being put in the right place.
