Prince kept me updated almost daily with what was going on with good business. Throughout the whole process the staff was very friendly and helpful. Prince kept me updated almost daily with what was going on with the truck I had recently purchased. The sale was exceptional with price point and trade in value for my vehicle. An unfortunate event happened a few days after the purchase that their team could not have predicted, and the check engine light came on. Without hesitation Prince, the Used Car manager and service team took the truck back in for service and made all repairs necessary for me to have a reliable truck once again, because they knew that was the proper thing to do. They made it right. They truly care about their customers and will stand behind the vehicles they sell to ensure you’re walking away feeling valued and that your money is being put in the right place. HANDS DOWN, the best dealership I’ve ever done business with. More

I bought a new Hellcat Redeye Challenger from Hill Kelly Dodge (HKD). Whoever installed my license plate used a power drill to do so, my wife witnessed the installation using the drill. They missed the hole Dodge (HKD). Whoever installed my license plate used a power drill to do so, my wife witnessed the installation using the drill. They missed the hole the screw/bolt was supposed to go in and created a new hole next to it. I now have a hole in my bumper that isn't supposed to be there. We called HKD and they offered us $100 for touch up painting the bumper. That isn't going to fix the hole! They refuse to call me back, and after dozens of phone calls and messages left, I finally spoke to the sales manager and asked for HKD's insurance information so that I can file a claim on their insurance instead of mine. I have a $500 deductible, but I shouldn't have to pay for damage that I didn't cause! The sales manager, Kevin Bragg, said, "we no longer wish to have you as a customer and will be refusing your phone calls from now on." He also accused me of fabricating the drill part of the story since he hadn't heard it before. I told HKD that from the very first phone call. Mr. Bragg’s wouldn't know since he never spoke to me. He also then stated that the offer had been $200 instead of $100. What I want: 1. I want my car fixed so that I can't tell there was ever any damage there to begin with - not with touch up paint (Mr. Bragg's suggestion) which won't work since there is a hole in the bumper. And ideally, I want it fixed so that it doesn't hurt the value of my car; and 2. I want an apology for the way I've been treated. I have done nothing wrong. I have been honest and told the truth which they claim I have not done. Nobody should be treated this way. They are at fault for damaging my car, and they've accused me of fabricating information. I've attached the picture of the hole. It is the smaller white-ish area next to the correct larger black hole where the screw/bolt is supposed to go. -Logan McInnis More
