Excellent Customer Service from Judy in Jeep Service Departm I brought my 2015 Jeep in for service due to an airbag recall notice. Judy did an outstanding job resolving the issue with my vehicle. Deceptive practices Buyer beware!! I’m a young woman and this was my first time purchasing a car on my own. I asked my salesman Ronnie if I could take the car to a 3rd pa Buyer beware!! I’m a young woman and this was my first time purchasing a car on my own. I asked my salesman Ronnie if I could take the car to a 3rd party mechanic and I was told no. Also asked if I could test drive the car on the interstate I was told no. I stupidly went forward with the purchase. Ever since it’s been a living xxxx. I was promised the car was to be serviced, yet a few days after purchase my check engine light comes on. The service manager tells me to bring it in. They say that they are getting a code for engine misfire yet they can’t duplicate the issue, so they say it’s due to heavy rain and send me on my way. I didn’t even get home before the light was back on. I went back to the dealership and sat there for another 3 hours before I was told they magically found that the 6th cylinders fuel injector needed to be replaced. They did so at there cost. I get the car from them and they damaged the back bumper of my car and gave me the run around about viewing video tapes for over a week before they gave in and said they would repair it. I started having other issues with the car, like shaking when idling, and took to back up there. Once again they were “unable to duplicate the issue” and sent me on my way. At this point I’ve been in contact with Beth the customer advocate and I told her I was taking my car to Buick dealership since they weren’t able to find the issue. 131$ and a few hours after dropping off the car, Buick calls me stating the front motor mount is cracked, the master cylinder is leaking into the brake booster, and my back brake pads are low. They quoted me over 1,200$ in repairs. I bring this info to Beth, as well as requested the initial inspection of the car. They magically “could not locate it”. They ask once again to have their mechanics look at the car to determine if those repairs “actually need to be done”. They tell me the front motor mount is in wonderful condition, the same as the master cylinder/brake booster. Beth sent me a computerized checklist of an inspection done on my car on 1/26, (I bought the car 1/17) and everything was in the green. They mentioned all my brakes being at 6mm. They come to me today stating the back brakes were at 3mm and 4mm. They offer to do a brake job, but refuse to do any other repairs. When questioned about how it would be possible for the brakes to have depleted that much in a few weeks (especially when they’ve had possession of the car for about a week of that time), there response was “I don’t know, maybe he didn’t record it correctly.” I am beyond furious. Not only did all of the above take place, there was no buyers guide on the car (violating FTC law) and lost wages due to having to constantly ask off to take the car up there. Not once did the manager show his face or speak with me after I expressed my displeasure with their service and felt like I had been taken advantage of. DONT BUY FROM THEM! More

They have a great lounge area with tv coffee, water, and snacks while you wait as as a phone charging station if you need it. I walked around a talked to staff and they all answered my questions and are very professional. Most people were in an out very quickly, but mine took longer which is ok at long as it's done right. I would highly recommend hill-kelly dodge to anyone in the area. I've always been treated well. More

Always on top of things! I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and Brian quickly noticed that I had a recall issued. He was able to get my scheduled to have my recal I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and Brian quickly noticed that I had a recall issued. He was able to get my scheduled to have my recall taken care of for the next day. I had not even received notification in the mail yet, and like that my recall has already been resolved. I have piece of mind knowing that mine and my family's safety are important to the staff at Hill Kelly. I am never disappointed with the service I get from Brian, he always goes above and beyond! Judy McDowell to the rescue! We were on a 3-month long camping trip towing a travel trailer when we had a drive shaft problem with our Dodge Durango. We made it to the Hill-Kelly We were on a 3-month long camping trip towing a travel trailer when we had a drive shaft problem with our Dodge Durango. We made it to the Hill-Kelly dealership and were very glad that Judy McDowell was our Service Representative. Even though they were fully booked, she was able to have our vehicle looked at, ordered the parts needed, and got us back on the road. We did have to rent a car and extend our campground stay, but I'm hoping Chrysler will reimburse us for the car rental since this was a warranty repair. Judy kept us informed about the progress of the repair (which took several days) and even called us to see how the car was performing after the repair. The car is running great and we are on the road again! Thank you! More
