The only reason why I can’t give a 5 stars is because I stood there for a while and until they checked in all cars that got there was when they acknowledged me. I had my car towed there on Saturday night a stood there for a while and until they checked in all cars that got there was when they acknowledged me. I had my car towed there on Saturday night and was there at 7 am as they were opening but 5 cars came to get in line to get service. I understand they might have appointment but acknowledging a customer goes a long way. More

I arrived early for my appointment and was seen immediately by my Service Advisor. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. After discussion about the service needed for my 2015 Jeep Wrang immediately by my Service Advisor. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. After discussion about the service needed for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I had a short wait for a ride home via Hill-Kelly's courtesy shuttle. My Service Advisor sent me a text later the same day letting me know that my Jeep's service was complete. I was again greeted promptly when I returned to pay for and pick up my Jeep. The Cashier was extremely courteous and professional and quickly addressed a request I had with my bill. Overall my experience with the staff at Hill-Kelly was exceptional. I will absolutely bring my Jeep there again for its next service. More
