I just had the ball joints replaced and front end aligned on my 2012 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon which I bought new at Hill Kelly. "Cleav" was the mechanic that worked on it and showed me an additional item that he thought would improve my Jeeps driving characteristics which was much appreciated. My Salesman was Buster, very professional and knowledgeable about anything I asked . He went above and beyond what I was asking for while looking for my Jeep. He showed me several different ones and I finally decided on the first one he thought would best for me but again he was so patient in showing me so many. He made the entire experience so easy since I live out of state and could only come into the dealership on the weekends. When I showed up to pick up my Jeep, Buster had it ready and Andy in finance was just as amazing and quick with the paperwork ready to just sign and out the door. Again, Buster went over everything and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Yes, I would recommend Buster Hartford to any and everyone and I will return to him to buy again. More

I was even warned by friends and family to take a man with me because the commonly held belief is that women are routinely overcharged. Hogwash! That’s not true at Hill Kelly Dodge if you work with Ralph Feltman and Jay Webb. Ralph Feltman and Jay Webb do business a different way. They were transparent about pricing and interesting in selling me a truck I would enjoy. Ralph walked the lot with me for two days asking questions about my needs and showing me all options. Jay explained the pricing more than once and got to the price I could afford. Both men gave of themselves as caring people determined to do the best for me. I bought the Ram Classic truck. Ralph was right about my transportation and hauling needs being simple. I had to have reliable, comfortable transportation capable of hauling the trailer and carrying gardening and art supplies. I also had to have running boards so I could get in the truck. They added those and presented me with my gorgeous, sparkling, silver Ram. I’m glad I own this Dodge Ram. I will drive it for years and am going back to the dealership to get the bed liner and cover. It’s a great truck but the human relationships matter more to me than anything else. Ralph Feltman and Jay Webb are my car guys and I’m proud to know them. More
