This review is for the service department only. My son took his car to have the rear speakers replaced. When he dropped it off the person receiving the car heard the issue. He had an appointment for last took his car to have the rear speakers replaced. When he dropped it off the person receiving the car heard the issue. He had an appointment for last Friday at 8:30. I was driving back to work from lunch around 12:15pm and saw his car, figuring he had gotten it back I texted him to ask him to run a errand for me, and he told me the car was till at the dealer. Well at 12:50 I found his car still at a house (driven by a Hill Kelly employee) and so he called and asked. First they gave him some story that the tech needed to go get a cable from his house so he took it home (it was at his house for over 35 minutes). When he later went to pick it up (still not fixed) he was told they didn’t know why the tech took it home but gave no attempt to resolve that issue at all. Even speaking to the service manager we have gotten no where. I emailed the general manager this past Monday morning and still no response. More
