Mark, the service manager, at Hill-Kelly went above and beyond for me with a recent issue that ended with my 2021 Ram 1500 being repurchased (Lemon Law) by FCA. This is one of the most dishonest dealers I have ever dealt with. Taking a quick recap to my complaint last year in which they said I needed a bcm for 4 thousand dollars I later found that it was a rela dealt with. Taking a quick recap to my complaint last year in which they said I needed a bcm for 4 thousand dollars I later found that it was a relay for 10 bucks. Thank god I wasn’t someone with little car knowledge and knew better. This time the vehicle went in to have backup sensors reprogrammed and warranty work for a broken exhaust manifold bolt. The truck comes out with a check engine light on for an active air xxxx and they are saying because it is out of warranty I am responsible for the charges. I understand being out of warranty, but the light wasn’t on when it went in. I have a body shop that can verify but this dealer refused to fix it. I will never own a vehicle from this dealer and advise everyone to do their own research. I have owned many brands and this is by far the worst dealer from sales to service. I’ll be thankful to get out of a ram just to avoid this place. More
