They tried to offer me 5K less than value on my trade that they would have sold for 15K profit had I had not done my homework first. Dishonest and will take advantage of you. Mark, the service manager, at Hill-Kelly went above and beyond for me with a recent issue that ended with my 2021 Ram 1500 being repurchased (Lemon Law) by FCA. Without Mark’s help, I wouldn’t be enjoying beyond for me with a recent issue that ended with my 2021 Ram 1500 being repurchased (Lemon Law) by FCA. Without Mark’s help, I wouldn’t be enjoying my brand new truck, purchased elsewhere, just in time for our Christmas camping trip. (My opinion of the sales department differs, but that’s for another review!) Mark always takes my call or calls back promptly.
