Back in May 2010 I woke up to a dead 2009 T&C. I called Hill Kelly and spoke with John Chambers. He instructed me how to get a wrecker to get it to the dealership and within an hour my mini-van was called Hill Kelly and spoke with John Chambers. He instructed me how to get a wrecker to get it to the dealership and within an hour my mini-van was on it's way to be repaired. Turned out to be a defective battery which they replaced. The van is our only transportation so John sent someone to pick me up. I was pleased to find out there were no hidden charges as I've not always found dealerships to be up-front with me... I mention this May event because I submitted it to Dealer Rater then and when I saw John again I asked if management had said anything to him and they had not so I submitted it again last night but never got a confirmation, so I hope John will finally get the credit he deserves. I have had several return trips for oil changes and recalls etc. and each time I was pleased with the service. I did not always deal with John because when I called the first time after May 2010 I understood the operator to say he was not there any more but he has been there all the time giving good service to his other customers. Yesterday I called and was re-acquainted with John. Due to a death in the family we have to go out of town for a funeral and I needed to have the oil changed so I called and told John what I needed and he asked how soon I could get there. I'm reasonably close to the Hill-Kelly so I was there in 15 min. and John had me out of there in less than 2 hours and they even did a minor recall fix while there. It's great customer care like what John gives that gives one a good feeling about dealership service. I was a customer service rep for large company for 30 yrs. so I know good service when I see it. Our salesman Richard Hartline worked very hard to please and find us everything we wanted and more. We traded our Nissan Titan for a new 2011 Ram crew cab. we try feel we now have a better vehicle with bet and find us everything we wanted and more. I am extremely satisfied each and every time I leave this dealership. Within the last year or so I have dealt with John Chambers. Everything is done in a timely matter and John makes sure that I'm completely satisfied before I leave. The few times I've taken my truck to have small things fixed, he has called within a few days to make sure things were working correctly. More

As we pulled up to you service dept we were pleasantly greeted by your service advisor John Chambers who sympathized with our situation and very quickly serviced our vehicle. Your facilities were clean and well maintained. We are owners of 2006 Dodge Dakota Laramie and are considering trading in our vehicle soon for a 2011. We were so pleased with our experience at Hill-Kelly, that we will return when ready to buy. Keep up the good work! More

The folks here are great! This is the second time we have bought a car from them and they bent over backwards to get us this car. The only thing I had a prob with was getting things that belonged with have bought a car from them and they bent over backwards to get us this car. The only thing I had a prob with was getting things that belonged with car (spare key, dvd remote, wireless headphones). If you can buy a car until 7pm on a saturday then parts should be open until 7pm as well. Apparently they keep things like wireless headphones and dvd remotes that belong in new cars in the parts department due to people stealing them. It is a problem when the parts dept closes at 4pm and we bought our car at 5:30pm. But this is a minor problem and I would go back for sure! More

I took my jeep in for a forty five minute oil change and tire rotation. Two hours later I had to track down a service advisor which I could not find so I had to ask the receptionist for help. She found that my jeep was not done but would be done within the next few minutes well thirty minutes later they called my name that my jeep was done, I was offered no explanation or reason as to why it took almost three hours to get me out of the shop. Then to my great surprise the manager was to busy to talk with an upset customer. I then discovered that nothing in the jeep had been changed, the oil sticker, the service warning lights had not been reset. More
