My wife and I had done some research on new cars and we landed on the Hyundai Elantra. After finding Hiley's inventory online, we noticed a great selection and great deals. Was exchanging emails with a salesperson and it seems like everything was alright and that I would be able to get some numbers online. I am about an hour away, so I thought for starters I would gather in like everything was alright and that I would be able to get some numbers online. I am about an hour away, so I thought for starters I would gather information. He asked me about my trade, and I gave him all the information including pics and payoff amount. After doing all this, I get an email from him stating "Sir I do not do numbers online". I asked him why he had me do all this and he didn't respond. Guess I am not buying a car from this dealership.
