It is clear that being customer-oriented isn't just a slogan here; it is the standard of practice. Matt (finance) went over and beyond to get the numbers where we needed them, and to make sure we were comfortable with the payments. I had bought a 2024 Tahoe in July of this year spontaneously and really just didn't think it through, I ended up not liking the vehicle, it was just too big. The whole experience with the previous dealership was horrible, Matt and David understood the situation, and both worked so hard to make this experience better. I would recommend this dealership and these two guys to anyone that is interested in buying a new car.. David and Matt are awesome people and I am very grateful for the experience and willingness to get me out of the Tahoe.. so please if you are thinking about buying a new Hyundai go to Hiley Hyundai in Burleson and ask for David K. and Matt.. they are the BEST!! Received a text message stating "many specials" to include low or no down payment on the purchase of a new Hyundai. It was just a waste of my time and their salesman's time. My trade was valued over $4000 less than the appraisals I had previously received elsewhere. More

This is our 2nd Santa Fe purchase from Hiley Hyundai and first Hybrid. We were able to negotiate the price beforehand so that part was painless. It’s Hiley unlikely that I will ever recommend Hiley (any dealership of theirs) in the future. We purchased a car on 11/16. We did not drive the car until 11/19 whenever we were able to put a separate insura dealership of theirs) in the future. We purchased a car on 11/16. The day we drove it, the transmission started slipping and shifting strangely-didn’t feel right. We called them and they told us to take it to a Chrysler dealership which we did. That dealership had it for three days and could not look at it so they gave it back and told us to bring it back on 12/16, which we did upon their diagnosing the car they found that the transmission was leaking and needed to be replaced, the struts and sway bar also needed to be replaced along with the radiator, the thermostat had issues as well. All of this was wrong with a car that went through their intense reconditioning review that we get charged for. After we sign for the car, the finance guy said they spent $3000 and fixing an oil leak, so just sweet thing to say after you sign for a car. Had I known that before I purchased the car I likely would not have bought the car, It would probably only be a sign of what was to come. I have reached out on multiple occasions via email to find out how they can make this right. Eventually, finally, someone calls me he has no intention of making it right. Thank God, we did purchase the extended warranty, but we have now used almost half of the limit allotted for the extended warranty (the limit is what you paid for car) within the first 30 days and the warranty company is putting in a used transmission. So we have to hope and pray for the remainder of the 23 months of our warranty that we have no further problems. I simply asked to be reimbursed for the extended warranty price because of the circumstances here. The car should have never been put on the lot like this, but from when I’m reading of other people’s experiences, this has been very common with the dealership. What if I had not bought the extended warranty? How would that have made their dealership look? They don’t care is the answer. More
