This dealer, and especially Thomas Dunlap and David Lipe, were very polite and respectful during this entire process. They made every effort to answer questions, provide options within our budget and still were very polite and respectful during this entire process. Thomas worked with financing to negotiate the best rate possible for us under the financial limitations we face at this time. Though FORD has not been one of my favorite vehicles, this dealership has gone beyond normal support both in this deal and in servicing our other vehicle. Kelly in the service department has been helpful, efficient and very knowledgable in servicing our vehicle. I would definatly recommend these three employees to anyone, and the overall dealership for sales and service! More

I have purchased three new Fords from Hilbish Ford through the years and I keep coming back. The sales people are knowledgable and friendly and never pushy to sell anything the customer does not want through the years and I keep coming back. The finance personnel is great, always going over and above to get best finance rates possible. They will exhaust all resources to ensure the customer drives off the lot in his selected vehicle knowing he or she got a good deal. And the service department is not any different. When it's time to provide service or repairs, they are very knowledgable, friendly and honest. I once changed the oil in my Windstream van elsewhere and when the oil filter developed a leak, I took it to Hilbish who gave me a free engine and oil change as a courtesy. Hilbish Ford gets the very highest scores overall in all areas. I would not buy a new Ford or a used vehicle anyplace else. I highly recommend them. More

My wife and I went to the dealership to purchase a 2010 mustang gt and they did everything they said they were going to do and more to find us the right deal at a payment we could afford. Other dealerships we went to would not give us what we were asking for our 2006 mustang gt. They did more than give us what we wanted.They payed the car off and found a way to get our payments were they needed to be for us to feel comfortable. We have purchased, counting the mustang we just bought, 4 cars in the past 5yrs from them and everytime we leave we are pleased. I highly recommend this dealership and recommend you speaking with Jeff about buying a car and Thomas about getting it financed. They both went out of their way to make our experience a very good one. They are very professional and explain everything were you can understand it. This truly is a 5 star dealership and it shows. The overall experience buying my new 2011 Ford Escape from Hilbish Ford was great. The knowledge of the salesman, Chris Tiedman, was unequaled by any dealer I've worked with in several years. The whole process of locating the right vehicle, negotiating the price of the new car plus the allowance for our trade-in went really smooth. Once the sale was completed the only negative was the amount of time it took to complete the paperwork for the sale as they had a new employee who was experienced in this work but just not at this dealership. Otherwise, I would say that this transaction was almost effortless and certainly a good experience that will keep me coming back to Hilbish when another vehicle is needed in the future. More
I drive from Salisbury to Hilbish, about 20 miles to be treated like a customer wants to be treated with honesty and understanding. No wonder he has been at this dealership for over 50 years. At Hilbish, I feel no pressure, all that work there take "ownership" in pleasing the customer. I like that experience. I am also driving a new 2011 Explorer and love the ride which is even better knowing the purchase experience was good too. Yes the new car retail folks need to make a buck, but I did not feel like I was taken advantage of either. Actually, a win-win expereince for all. I let Hilbish do all my maintenance work too. They have been fair and honest in the shop area too. Tommy Moore, the service manager, is friendly and helpful. Even the staff, Lisa on the switch board and Shannon of who takes the money are always pleasant make the customer feel good. No wonder I drive from Salisbury to Hilbish as the local dealer has a very long way to go to learn to carry Hilbish's "lunchbox". If in the need for a new set of wheels, I would recommend you seek out Bill Overcash, If other dealerships could clone Bill, I bet their business would increase. Also worth mentioning is that the finance manager Charlie Brown worked for the customer getting the best rates and no high pressure either. Patty in the body shop made sure that a door ding when the car was two days old was taken care of in a professional manner. Just good all around folks in the car business that take pride in pleasing the customers. More
My experience with Hilbish Ford started on a sour note, my Ford Windstar was not running right and they tried replacing a few different parts and nothing seemed to fix the problem. I then started corresponding with Tim Vaughn who suggested I trade. I was very uncertain we could because of negative equity and credit issues. Tim put me in touch with Thomas.It took a couple days to get worked out but Thomas and the entire Hilbish team really came through!! They put me in a very nice used vehicle and my payments only went up a minimum amount. Overall I am very happy with the results of my visit. More
