Vehicle was in for recalls/extended warranty issues several times in 2 years. This dealership NEVER alerted me to any of these; they were always found by my own research and told to the dealership by several times in 2 years. This dealership NEVER alerted me to any of these; they were always found by my own research and told to the dealership by me. Service department never communicated with me accurately or in a timely manner. They would have my car for two weeks and NEVER call me. I called them every time. They rarely knew what was going on or the status of the repairs. I will never buy a Ford again because of this experience with their service. More
