The guys are very professional and do a good job. My only complaint is always the same thing...when I get my vehicle back there are greasy fingerprints on my vehicle and I have weather tech floor lin My only complaint is always the same thing...when I get my vehicle back there are greasy fingerprints on my vehicle and I have weather tech floor liners to protect the carpet BUT whichever technician works on my vehicle always seem to put there dirty shoes/boots on the carpet not covered by the floor liners ??other than that highland park Ford is better than most!
