Work that was requested and needed during my first visit was not addressed until my third visit plus I was charged the diagnostic fee twice. They hung a tag on my rear view mirror saying to contact them if was not addressed until my third visit plus I was charged the diagnostic fee twice. They hung a tag on my rear view mirror saying to contact them if I wasn't extremely satisfied and I did. But they did not take any action to address my concern. This dealership focuses on livery drivers and I am not a professional livery driver. More
