I drove from Chattanooga, TN to pickup my Highlander and I can't say enough about how easy the experience was. In addition, I have a 2-year old that I knew would make things difficult at the dealership, but they helped keep him entertained and even had a nice play room for him during the finality of the deal. they tried to sell me a 2k car for 12k, This has to be the VERY worst dealership I have ever been to. They tried to sell me a car that had at least 10 or 12 burn holes in it and scratched up This has to be the VERY worst dealership I have ever been to. They tried to sell me a car that had at least 10 or 12 burn holes in it and scratched up for $12,000. The car couldn't have been worth no more than $2,00 in the condition it was in. Their commercial about credit waved and any trade is a crock. even though my credit was not that bad they tried to push junk cars on me and wouldn't take the trade at all. They said they don't take trades in any condition even though their commercial on WQSB said they would. I don't see how this car dealership stays in business. LIES, LIES, LIES... please don't waste your time going there or they will either try to rip you off or if you fall in their trip THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! More
