This dealership is 50 miles from my location but was worth the drive as negotiated price was over $1,000 less than other dealerships within this distance were offering for a similarly equipped Avalon. Working over the internet with Shane was fast and easy. Delivery of the vehicle was a thorough and pleasant experience. No one involved at the dealership seemed rushed and took all the time necessary to explain all the documents and give me an orientation to the vehicle's functions. When we were signing the paperwork zack had a salesperson remove the stickers it looked like he removed the stickers with a key he did about 100 back and forth strokes... I dealt with 5 dealerships over the phone and over the internet. Mr. Ryan sent me specs on the Camry I was looking for and quoted me a price that their dealership could sell it to me for. They were answered satisfactorily, I gave Mr. Ryan a lockdown deposit on the vehicle and went to dealership two days later to pay the balance and pick up the Camry. I have been buying vehicles from different dealers (mainly Ford & Toyota) for over forty years and this was the easiest and best experience buying a vehicle that I have had. More
