This dealership is 50 miles from my location but was worth the drive as negotiated price was over $1,000 less than other dealerships within this distance were offering for a similarly equipped Avalon. Working over the internet with Shane was fast and easy. Delivery of the vehicle was a thorough and pleasant experience. No one involved at the dealership seemed rushed and took all the time necessary to explain all the documents and give me an orientation to the vehicle's functions. When we were signing the paperwork zack had a salesperson remove the stickers it looked like he removed the stickers with a key he did about 100 back and forth strokes... He tore up the tint it looked horrible when I informed them they said you bought it as is. wouldn't do a thing not even re tint the window at cost. after purchase we also saw the floor mats were missing they just told me sorry nothing we can do.
