Continuous excellent experience I've had the opportunity to work with Hertrich Nissan's sales and service staff over the last couple of years, and have had nothing but positive exper I've had the opportunity to work with Hertrich Nissan's sales and service staff over the last couple of years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I took my Mitsubishi to the service department for all of my regular maintenance in the two years I owned it. The Nissan staff was able to complete all of the work except for one particular recall that had to be addressed at Hertrich's Mitsubishi dealer upstate, but the Nissan staff made sure my service history was available to make the recall work as seamless as possible. When my Mitsubishi mileage crossed 150,000, I decided to shop for a newer car at the end of 2017. Chris Bell was awesome, and managed to find me a Rogue that had every feature and color I was looking for, and had no issues getting me a great deal on the price when I bought it, and personally taking care of a minor issue we found a few months after the purchase. I regularly see Isaiah and Marcus for my service visits, and they make sure my Rogue gets the maintenance it needs without pushing any unneeded extras. On my most recent visit Isaiah gave me a second opinion on the remaining life of my tires that saved me money until later this year. Overall, I've had nothing but good things to say when dealing with Hertrich over the past few years, and have family and friends that use the dealer's services now too. More

Jodi had reached out and finally on her last attempt I responded. I ended up going to the dealshership not intending to leave with a new car but I did, and very happy about it. Lloyd was great. He made sure I was happy with the features and everything the car offered, that I selected. The manager, Vito helped us decide whether leasing or financing would be best for us. Took the time to explain everything and it was very helpful and appreciated. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and another gentleman congratulated me on getting the new car and he wasn’t even our sales person. Jeremy, the finance guy was great too. He got us in and out to sign the papers but still explained everything. More
