Friendly, informative and efficient We wanted to purchase on the same day a new 2017 Honda CRV EX L through the Internet sales process. Within about two hours we had purchased the car at the price we wanted, processed the paperwork, had new metal tags placed on the vehicle and drove off the lot in our new Honda. Very efficient. Our Internet sales rep Tony Nunez worked us through the process without a hitch. He was friendly and informative, answering all our questions. He gave us a thorough briefing in the vehicle of all its impressive features, including many safety features (A key reason I bought the Honda CRV EX L.). Very helpful as the new safety features require a bit of learning. I would recommend Herson's. I hope that Herson's work to keep the Internet sales process hassle-free without pressure to purchase add-ons. It took only 1 hour for changing the engine oil and checking all necessary things This is my first time to visit Honda Service center for maintenance. It took only 1 hour for changing the engine oil and checking all necessary things for regular maintenance. Battery died The first estimate they gave me was for a new starter motor due to some faulty diagnostic input & it was going to cost over $800. But Cesar Lemus & le The first estimate they gave me was for a new starter motor due to some faulty diagnostic input & it was going to cost over $800. But Cesar Lemus & lead mechanic checked again and it was truly due to a dead battery. Battery was under warranty so no charge. I also had bad shaking when I braked at high speeds. So they addressed that as well & found brake shoes under warranty. They did have to smooth the rotors. Cesar also found a lightbulb out in my taillight & replaced at no extra charge (they gave me a loaner for the extra day). Overall my bill went from over $1000 to just over $300 & all my issues resolved. Excellent customer service provided by Cesar & crew! More
