Great buying experience I was able to get a new Honda Accord. Tony was really knowledgeable and helpful, but it took a while before we finished the whole transaction because I was able to get a new Honda Accord. Overall, I got what I wanted but wished it was cheaper. On the other hand, Tony has been really helpful, answering all my after purchase questions and Checking on me to see that everything is working fine with the car. They were all rude, unhelpful, and condescending. After purchasing my car and having some finance questions and concerns, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone- called 10 times was give four different voicemails and it took 2.5 weeks for one of the four voicemails I left to be returned. In the meantime I had gone in person to the dealershiper to get my questions answered. Terrible customer service from the finance department. Thank goodness I was able to refinance my car with a better bank and no longer have to deal with this Honda Dealership Finance team. More
