He was friendly and easy going. But every single time he was done with us and somebody from the higher rank was supposed to address our next step, delays were for half an hour to an hour. Instead of spending top two hours there, we spent close to 5 hours in the dealership despite the fact that we pretty much knew what we want to buy. And seems like a rule of thumb is that Internet sales people in almost all the dealerships are lying what they have in stock just to drag you to the store. No high pressure and I think I received a fair price for my Honda CRV trade in and my new Honda Fit. My Honda CRV 2008 was purchased from a different dealer after a bad experience with a Herson's salesman. It is very pleasing to see that that salesman is gone and things have changed greatly for the better during the past 8 years. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a Honda. More

Great buying experience with Percy at Herson's Honda Mr. Agyei-Obese had sold us our 2002 Odyssey and we had fond memories of that buying experience. It was time for a new Odyssey and so we asked for Percy when we went to the dealership this past weekend. We were not disappointed. He is not only knowledgeable about the various trim levels and options, but also is amiable and patient with customers. The following day, after we bought our new 2018 Odyssey, Percy spent well over an hour in our car, explaining and demonstrating everything from syncing our smart phone to the control panel to folding the power side mirrors. We look forward to seeing him the next time we need a new Honda. More

He gave us ample time to discuss our options. We briefly worked with Alpha. Kurtis was also knowledgeable and thorough but after the purchase, I could not get a hold of him to ask about a payment inquiry but I managed to figure out what to do. Just the same big thank you all of you. I am very pleased with my CRV-AWD EX-L. My family is a Honda Loyalists and I have personally owned Honda cars since 1980.
