Ted is the man to see! I bought a car for my wife, Ted is the best car salesman I have ever met (I have delt with many since I was 18) I highly recommend him. Ted is the only reason I have an extremely positive review for Herson's Honda. I am not an easy person to work with (5 hour price negotiation/multiple visits) but Ted is definitely 5 Stars! He has all the positives a car salesman should have without any of the negatives, he made my First New Car experience AWSOME! More

Exceptional Service & Great Price I contacted the dealership already knowing exactly what car I wanted, the only variable was finding the best price. I found it at Herson's. Not only did I get a great price but I also got two years or 25,000 miles free maintenance. Krystal was my sales person. She was amazing!!! There was no game playing or time wasting. I got the car for the exact price I was quoted. Everything was explained to me to my satisfaction and the car was delivered to me in excellent condition. The dealership also matched the APR that my credit union quoted me, so I decided to go with them. All in all, it was a wonderful car buying experience. More

He was neat and I generally felt a positive aura from him despite our many conditions for what I wanted based on what I can afford. I am surprised at his persistence in not giving up on me; always trying to get me the best offer he can possibly get. At the end of the day, it was not the offer he was able to get (although I felt it was a great deal), but his ability to always had faith in me and his abilities that got me to make the purchase. Without a doubt I can recommend Herson's Honda to anyone in the Maryland, DC, Virginia area. More

I was introduced to the sales manager Chris Glakas, and then was superbly treated by Rich Richardson. We test drove 2 SUVs and settled on the CR-V. Rich was helpful in the decision and pointed out the positives for each SUV. He gave us time to make a decision and the buying process was seamless, with price negotiation handled by CJ Tashman. Everyone that I met at the dealership was wonderful. I would recommend this dealership and the buying experience. More
