Great service! I recieved a recall notice for my pilot to replace the airbag. I contacted the Hersons service dept on sat and spoke to Cesar. He told me that normall I recieved a recall notice for my pilot to replace the airbag. I contacted the Hersons service dept on sat and spoke to Cesar. He told me that normally recalls are schedule Monday-Friday but that if I had 2 hrs he would be able to fit me in his books as his last appointment. Not only was it done in less than 2 hrs, he still offered the shuttle service to both drop me off and pick me up from a nearby coffee shop. I must say, I didn't plan to meet someone so polite and accommodating. Great job to the service team, and Cesar of course! More
