The Best Honda Dealer in the DMV I have 3 Honda's and an 1 Acura. Herson's Honda is where I have been going to for the past 15+ years. Convenience of having Metro around the corner and their shuttle service makes it a breeze to get my work done without any disruptions to my day. When I do wait there for my work, their waiting area and personal workstations are catered to my needs. Even gourmet coffee! I recommend seeing Cesar, Rose, Justin or Edgar. Cesar is my main Service Consultant, but all of them have treated me exceptionally well. This is a crew I truly trust to ensure my transportation needs are reliable and safe. More

Although we have dealt with a number of excellent Service Consultants, none can compare with Rose Byrd. Whenever we need service or a repair I always contact Rose. She is always gracious, helpful and knowledgeable. I usually wait for service to be completed and she always keep me informed of progress. I also enjoy the TV, WiFi and coffee while I wait. One thing I will sincerely state is that Aaron was a perfect adviser We were looking for a 4-door sedan and Aaron helped us evaluate the 2016 Accord. One thing I will sincerely state is that Aaron was a perfect adviser to us in this process. Even if you've narrowed down to two or three cars, the choices for each car are seemingly endless. Aaron helped us focus on the one trim level that covered the features we wanted. He was generous with his time; we visited three times during this process. When we wanted to see what a color looked like, he didn't give us the brochure; he brought the car out front for us to look at. He touched base several times over the phone during the process, never being a nuisance but always signalling that he was available to help inform. We ultimately chose a non-Honda car because we decided that 4WD was a feature we wanted and wasn't available on the Accord. It was a bittersweet decision because while we ultimately got the right car for us, we didn't buy it from Aaron, who was easily the most professional, gracious and pleasant sales person we met during our car shopping experience.
