Great service I have been servicing my 2006 Honda Pilot at Herson for the past 5 years and every service has been great. I just had an A1 service and I was greeted I have been servicing my 2006 Honda Pilot at Herson for the past 5 years and every service has been great. I just had an A1 service and I was greeted by Weston who was friendly and efficient. They quoted me an hour for wait time, but they were done in 35 minutes and I was on the road. Great job!. More

Not Your Typical Sales Experience I went out yesterday with the sole purpose of test driving a few cars and made it very clear when I went into it that I wasn't go to buy that day. However, I had such a pleasant experience and was presented with such a fair and reasonable price, that I ended up buying a 2016 CR-V on the spot. They had all colors in stock, the financing was excellent, and the customer service was very straight-forward and not pushy or "slick" like some sales and financing staff. Stephen was knowledgeable about all the vehicles and was able to answer all of my questions. Not to mention, it wasn't a 3-hour experience. The dealership was very high tech so we were able to complete the sale in the time it took me to finish a cup of coffee (well, I do sip my coffee...). :) More

Herson's service always a good experience I've been taking my Honda Civic to Herson's for 10 years. They always do a good job, explaining what they will do, how long it will take, looking for I've been taking my Honda Civic to Herson's for 10 years. They always do a good job, explaining what they will do, how long it will take, looking for other issues, and getting repairs right the first time. I like their team approach, as you get the same person each time you come in. Cesar Lemus does an excellent job explaining the details behind the repair. And the work is done in the time promised. I also really like their customer waiting area, so I usually decide to wait while they perform the service. Usually it is very comfortable, with desks, wifi and coffee, so I can be productive while I wait. They are currently remodeling, and the waiting area has been moved to the showroom area with much less work area. Hopefully remodeling will be quick. More
