Cesar Lemus-Remarkable Customer Service! I purchased my Honda Odyssey from Herson's Honda in 2012 and have had all service completed here without issue or concern. I have known Mr. Cesar Lemus for approximately a year. The service received has gone from standard to EXTRAORDINARY. I am greeted by name upon my arrival and he provides a detailed explanation of what needs to be done in a way I can understand and is competent on answering all of my questions. He is comprehensive and precise, but more importantly trustworthy and respectful. I recently had an unexpected issue with my car. One phone call to Cesar and I knew everything would be taken care. He was very accommodating to my demanding schedule and completed extensive warranty work in a timely fashion. I cannot recommend Cesar enough for his exemplary service and dedicated customer service!! More

Service I just bought a 2016 Honda Accord, and the tire pressure light came on the day I drove it out of the dealership. My tire gage showed normal pressure, I just bought a 2016 Honda Accord, and the tire pressure light came on the day I drove it out of the dealership. My tire gage showed normal pressure, but Weston Stone explained that the tires were over pressured to 40 psi as compared to normal psi of 33. He showed me how to recalibrate the sensor if it happens again. He was professional, educational and very helpful in answering all of my questions as this has never happened to me on the same day that I get a new car. More

His initial promises were sweeping and general and then once he gave us the details it wasn't what he promised. To his credit he did give us what we thought he promised in the first place, but he made us work for it. Rick was what you would expect from a finance guy - you just sign the papers but it took longer than it needed to. More
