Rich was great and helpful! We have had several Honda cars and came to Herson's to look at a Pilot. This was our first time at Herson's. Rich was terrific to meet our model and We have had several Honda cars and came to Herson's to look at a Pilot. This was our first time at Herson's. Rich was terrific to meet our model and buying requirements, and kept going back to get us the price we needed for the Pilot and our trade-in, very fair and helpful! He assisted us in looking at several Pilots and we never felt rushed - he stuck with us all the way until we were ready to say yes to our new Pilot! Thanks!! More

I felt belittled. I did not need his negotiation lesson. Very unprofessional and arrogant approach to sell vehicles. I did not buy the vehicle there and I don’t recommend this dealership to do business with. More

When your child has an accident. I bought a car from Justin and Robbie 4 months ago and it was a great experience...hands down. Then my son, has an accident and the car is totaled!
