He made me feel very relaxed; other salespersons during test drives told me where to turn and interrupted me when I spoke... probably too anxious to make a sale. Nonetheless, Mr. Dorsey never made me feel rushed to make a decision and worked with me to accommodate my every need in a timely manor.
