Best service department! It’s so easy to drop off your vehicle no matter what the weather is like. They come out and meet you when you arrive. Then there’s a nice lounge to It’s so easy to drop off your vehicle no matter what the weather is like. They come out and meet you when you arrive. Then there’s a nice lounge to sit at with coffee or water, watch tv and a place to charge any devices while waiting. Restrooms are close by and clean. I’m very impressed with the setup. More

I had my car down there 2 times. They screwed it up the first time I was there. Had to bring back within a year to have all redone again. The first time was for a knock sensor. After They screwed it up the first time I was there. Had to bring back within a year to have all redone again. The first time was for a knock sensor. After I got my car back my car constantly leaked oil from the valve cover from the mechanic not properly installing it. Had to bring car back and they replaced the valve cover gasket and in the process they cracked the valve cover which caused my car to constantly leak oil. If that wasn' enough they said my oil pan was rusted and needed replaced. I asked to see my oil pan and they was reluctant to show me but finally did and SURPISE no rust. Guess they needed more money. Within a month of all this my car was still leaking oil. Feed up with Hernstein I went to another mechanic, and they replaced the valve cover and gaskets. Finally NOT leaking oil after thousands of dollars. I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING DONE HERE AGAIN!!!!! More

The service department has done everything they can to help me save money out of pocket. They are why I come back. Salesman are a different story.
