One week after purchasing a certified preowned 2022 Tucson I’ve noticed a broken part on it. Six weeks later after the part came in sales manager said he did not recall telling me that and that I would be responsible for getting it fixed. To me, he called me a liar. You do not treat customers that way. The service and parts employees treated me with respect so I give them a five star rating as for the sales manager and for upper management letting him treat customers that way I give a zero star rating. I will never deal with herrnsteins again for this reason. More

Best service department! It’s so easy to drop off your vehicle no matter what the weather is like. They come out and meet you when you arrive. Then there’s a nice lounge to It’s so easy to drop off your vehicle no matter what the weather is like. They come out and meet you when you arrive. I had my car down there 2 times. They screwed it up the first time I was there. Had to bring back within a year to have all redone again. The first time was for a knock sensor. After They screwed it up the first time I was there. Had to bring back within a year to have all redone again. The first time was for a knock sensor. After I got my car back my car constantly leaked oil from the valve cover from the mechanic not properly installing it. Had to bring car back and they replaced the valve cover gasket and in the process they cracked the valve cover which caused my car to constantly leak oil. If that wasn' enough they said my oil pan was rusted and needed replaced. I asked to see my oil pan and they was reluctant to show me but finally did and SURPISE no rust. Guess they needed more money. Within a month of all this my car was still leaking oil. Feed up with Hernstein I went to another mechanic, and they replaced the valve cover and gaskets. Finally NOT leaking oil after thousands of dollars. I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING DONE HERE AGAIN!!!!! More
