One week after purchasing a certified preowned 2022 Tucson I’ve noticed a broken part on it. I called sales manager chance Woods, and informed him of the broken part in which he told me, he would take Tucson I’ve noticed a broken part on it. Six weeks later after the part came in sales manager said he did not recall telling me that and that I would be responsible for getting it fixed. To me, he called me a liar. You do not treat customers that way. The service and parts employees treated me with respect so I give them a five star rating as for the sales manager and for upper management letting him treat customers that way I give a zero star rating. I will never deal with herrnsteins again for this reason. More
