I was looking for a Large SUV that suits my needs for myself and my family. I found after looking at multiple vehicles that the Palisade is amazing and the Herrnstein Dealership is Beautiful. My Salesm myself and my family. I found after looking at multiple vehicles that the Palisade is amazing and the Herrnstein Dealership is Beautiful. My Salesman Tyler Smittle was amazing and went above and beyond to answer any of my needs. The Sales Manager Chance answered all of my questions and was a very nice person. Then to finish my deal out, my finance manager Jamie helped me with the final process and made me feel right at home. Each and every time that I have my service done at the dealership, it is always a great experience, and everyone is extremely nice and happy! More
The service manager was great and we got our free oil and car wash, but when we went out to our car to go home my wife noticed her flash drive that contained all her music was missing. (It was in the car whe car wash, but when we went out to our car to go home my wife noticed her flash drive that contained all her music was missing. (It was in the car when we got out of the car.) My wife went into the dealership to report that it was missing. The service Manager and other staff were helpful looking for the flash drive in the places that our car had been. The drive was not found. Now we plan on coming back to the dealership because the service was excellent, but you have to understand this is big deal to us. Our daughter had put over 800 songs on the flash drive since we got our car. I checked when we got home even more thoroughly and the drive is not in the car. We have come to the conclusion that somebody must have taken the flash drive either by accident or intent. We're not going to put this on facebook, but other customers who come into your dealership in the future need to lock up their valuables. Sincerely, Bill Denton More
